Pick up your Event Pack from the Excel

Opening Times: Wednesday 22 to Saturday 25 April.

Wednesday: 10:00-20:00
Thursday: 10:00-20:00
Friday: 09:00-20:00
Saturday: 08:30-17:30

Avoid queues: Come on Wednesday or Thursday. Saturday is your final chance, so allow plenty of time.

You won't be able to take part unless you collect your Event Pack. If you can't come, someone can pick it up for you – details of how to do this are in the Participant Guide.

Arriving with large items of luggage? Use the free cloakroom located on Ground Level 0, accessed by the lifts and steps by N4 & S4.

There is a prayer room located by the S9 entrance and a breastfeeding room inside the Show Halls at stand A99.
