Road closures
The TCS London Marathon returns on Sunday 27 April 2025.
You will spot yellow road closure signs displayed on affected roads in the lead-up to the event.
We will provide road closure leaflets detailing the roads affected and the times they close and reopen shortly.
Police officers and stewards will be present on the day to help answer your queries and to ensure a safe and secure event.
Thank you for helping to make the TCS London Marathon a fantastic event for our participants and local community while raising thousands of pounds for charity.
Request a vehicle pass
Public transport is the best way to travel to the London Marathon Start. However, if you plan to travel via coach or minibus or have an accessible vehicle, you must apply for a vehicle pass by filling out the request form.
Please only request a pass where absolutely necessary. Requests are subject to review.
The deadline is Friday 4 April 2025.
If approved, your pass will be posted by Thursday 10 April 2025.
