What better way was there to kick off marathon weekend than with an electric 5K in Battersea Park? In an exciting collaboration between the TCS London Marathon and Friday Night Lights, we brought you the very first edition of this event in 2026.
Every Friday, Friday Night Lights took to the streets with speakers strapped to their backs, blasting confetti and singing their hearts out. For this special marathon-weekend edition, they came out in full force, leading runners through a high-energy 5K like no other. Feel-good anthems, plenty of excitement and an unbeatable sense of togetherness made it a memorable start to the weekend.
Following the success of the inaugural event in 2026, we’re excited to welcome runners back in 2027 for another unforgettable Friday Night Lights 5K experience.
