If so, join us for the 42nd edition of the annual Marathon Medicine Conference, which focuses on the medicine and science of marathon running.

Sports scientists and medics, with extensive experience in the science and medicine of endurance running, will present their latest research.
This year speakers will include:
- Dr Lewis Halsey, University of Roehampton (Humans versus the rest: Are we built for distance running?)
- Dr Nishan Guha, Oxford University Hospitals NHS Trust (Fuel, Fix, or Risk? Supplements and Hormones in Endurance Sport)
- Dr Kelly McNulty, Northumbria University (The menstrual cycle, hormonal contraception & sports performance)
- Prof Mike Stembridge, Cardiff Metropolitan University (Heat vs. Altitude to achieve cardiovascular adaptations in runners)
- Dr Andrew Mitchell, University of Bedfordshire (Lower limb running injuries)
