Can’t find your start information?
Your start information has been emailed to you. If you can’t find it, please download the TCS London Marathon App and follow these steps:
- Go to My Marathon in the App.
- Enter the following details:
- Your Let’s Do This booking ID (found in your confirmation email).
- Your date of birth.
- The email address you registered with.
Once you've entered these details, you'll be able to access your start info and boarding pass via Event information, so you can pick up your Event Pack at the TCS London Marathon Running Show.
