TCS London Marathon My Way Audio Competition

Terms and Conditions

  1. The Promoter is London Marathon Events Limited of 190 Great Dover Street, London SE1 4YB.
  2. The promotion is open to anyone over the age of 18 years except for employees (and close relatives) of London Marathon Events Ltd, event partners, sponsors or anyone else connected with the promotion.
  3. Anyone who enters the competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
  4. Any entrant who submits their audio voice note via London Marathon Events’ Instagram page will be entered into a selection process for a chance to win one of fifteen tote bags.
  5. As part of the entry process, the entrant must consent to:Their voice / audio being shared and used with London Marathon Events Ltd. Their voice / audio being shared on the TCS London Marathon My Way audio guide.
  6. In addition, the entrant must consent to: Sharing their mailing address with London Marathon Events Ltd, to receive the tote bag. Receiving communications from the promoter in relation to this competition.
  7. Only one entry is permitted per person.
  8. There will be a total of fifteen individual winners.
  9. The prize that entrants can win is one TCS London Marathon tote bag.
  10. The prize does not include anything other than that specifically mentioned in point 9 above.
  11. The winner will be notified by London Marathon Events after the competition has closed and no later than 30 March 2026.
  12. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. There is no cash alternative.
  13. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  14. The promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
