When raising a family, it’s easy for activity to fall by the wayside. When you’re juggling childcare with a job and/or household tasks, as well as the daily distractions that life throws at you, making time to run can seem an impossibility.

What’s it like training for a marathon when you’re observing Ramadan? To help you enjoy the day, we asked Akram Shalabi, our Pace Team Coordinator and 26.2-mile enthusiast (who has completed more than 100 marathons), to share his Ramadan training tips!
