 Once you’re logged in, you can:

  • Check your start time
  • Read or listen to the Event Guide whenever you need it
  • Access QR code for replacement pack in just a few clicks
  • Update your emergency contact info 

No more searching through emails or juggling links - it’s all there.

Frequently asked questions

How do I register for an Account?  

We are rolling out accounts for GetPRO Bath Half between 17-19 February. Please note your sign-up link may have landed in your junk/spam inbox. If you have yet to receive an invite for your account by Monday 23 February, please get in touch and we will look into this for you. The email will take you to the account page, where you will be asked to enter your email address and password. For added security, you may also be asked to verify your login with a one-time code sent to your email.   

How do I login?

Go to the account page, where you will be asked to enter your email address and password.

Do I need an account to apply for, or enter, events organised by London Marathon Events?   

No, you do not need an account to enter an event, but if you applied for a 2026 TCS London Marathon Championship place, you will need an account to access the result of your application. 

What information will I find in Account?  

In your account you will see ‘cards’ for each application or event booking. These may include:   

  • Booking ID  
  • Entry type  
  • Event name, date and distance (where applicable)  
  • Status   
  • Action links (such as Complete my booking or Manage my booking)  
  • Links to your Participant Event Guide and event-specific FAQs  
  • Event Pass 
Will my past event results show in Account?

You can view your results from the past four years of events you have participated in with us. Links to detailed results and additional features are currently being introduced. As we are in the Beta phase, some features may not yet be available for all events.

Who do I contact if I see an error in Account?

Please contact us with your details and a brief description of the issue. 

What should I do if I forget my password?

On the login page, select ‘Forgot your password?’ and follow the steps. We will email you a reset link or code. If it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, please check your junk/spam folder.  

Can I update my profile details in Account?

No. If you need to update your Account details, please contact us with a brief description of the issue.
