Our dedicated team supports people with a range of disabilities
You do not need to enter a specific wave at the event to receive support. We've included a number of measures to help swimmers who require assistance to feel safe and confident at the event, including:
- British Sign Language (BSL) Interpretation for all our wave briefings.
- Sensory Calm Space a quiet, low-stimulation area is available for anyone who would like a moment away from the crowds📍location: ///blitz.stuck.goods
- A Mobiloo is available onsite, offering an accessible changing space and toilet📍location: ///loaded.bumpy.keys​

Parking & Drop-Off
The changing area is approximately 150m from the parking/entrance.
The most accessible drop-off point is the Triangle Car Park.

Event Site Terrain
- Baggage drop-off and changing areas are accessible via plastic trackway.
- Water access is via a carpeted plastic pontoon.
- The festival area is located on grass.
Changing Facilities
- Accessible changing areas are available.
- Benches are provided to assist with changing.
- Participants who require support may be accompanied in this space.
Swim Safety Support
Trained lifeguards on kayaks will follow swimmers to ensure safety and provide assistance if needed. If you'd like to highlight yourself to the swim safety team - for example, if you're feeling anxious about open water swimming - you can collect a white swim cap at the information point when you arrive.
