Don't miss these in the lead-up to the event
Participant Guide: Check your email for your account invitation. Once you've logged in, you'll be able to access all your essential event info.
Swim Pack: It should arrive in the post by Monday 14 September. If you have not received your pack by 17:00 on this date, please complete the replacement pack form and download the QR code from your Event Pass in Account. You will need to collect it from Marathon House, 190 Great Dover St, London SE1 4YB on Friday 18 September (12:00 to 19:00). You can arrange for someone else to collect it, but they will need to bring a copy of your ID, their own ID, your written consent (can be a text or email) and your QR Code.
Super Six participants: Collect your Swim Pack from Marathon House, 190 Great Dover Street, London, SE1 4YB on Friday 18 September (12:00 to 19.00) or at the Info Point from 07:00 on Swim Day.
International participants: Collect your Swim Pack from Marathon House, 190 Great Dover Street, London, SE1 4YB on Friday 18 September (12:00 to 19.00). You can arrange for someone else to collect it, but they will need to bring a copy of your ID, their own ID, your written consent (can be a text or email) and your QR Code.
