All caps are made from silicone and are latex-free. You will choose the size when you register (sizes detailed below). You will receive your cap in your Swim Pack.
Standard
48g: H19 × W22.5cm
Comfortable, easy to put on and take off and not too tight or too loose.
Long hair cap
75g: H20 × W26.5cm
For swimmers with longer hair, providing extra space for a comfortable fit.
