Can spectators use the shuttle service?
Spectators may use the Shuttle Bus Service if they are travelling in the same car as the participant, and the participant has purchased a Shuttle Bus Service ticket. Tickets can be booked via the participant’s Let's Do This booking under add-ons.
Can I buy a Shuttle Bus Service ticket on the day?
The cut-off for Shuttle Bus Service ticket purchases is Friday 13 March 2026 at 16.00 GMT, but we recommend booking in advance as tickets may sell out before then.
What should I do if I miss the last Shuttle back?
After 17:00, use the Bath Park and Ride service from Milsom Street.
After 18:00, you will need to organise your own transport back.
Is the Shuttle Bus Service included in my event entry?
No, the Shuttle Bus Service ticket is available separately as an add-on to the participant’s booking. Tickets cost £5 and include parking and the Shuttle Bus.
Is there an alternative to driving?
Yes. You can use our Green Travel Tool to plan low-carbon travel options and offset your carbon emissions.
Can I take my mobility scooter on the Shuttle Bus?Â
Yes you can, provided you follow the mobility scooters on low floor buses Code of Practice.
On 14 September 2011, and following discussions with the Department for Transport, Confederation of Passenger Transport UK (CPT) launched a Code of Practice for the use and acceptance of Mobility Scooters on low floor buses.
This code introduced a permit system for the mobility scooter user that will make it easier for the bus driver to recognise that the mobility scooter has been approved by the Operator and the user has been trained on boarding and alighting from the bus. The permit will be accepted by all Operators who adopt the Code.
More information can be found on the CPT website.
Can I ride the Shuttle Bus as a wheelchair user?Â
Yes. By law, all buses have to be accessible and allow space for at least one wheelchair on board.
Are pets allowed on the Shuttle Bus?Â
Dogs will be carried free at the owner’s risk and must be kept on the floor of the vehicle unless held on the owner’s lap. The driver will have the discretion to refuse access to the service for any animal.
Are bikes allowed on the Shuttle Bus?Â
Unfortunately bikes are not allowed on any of the Shuttle Bus Services.
