My time is missing or incorrect – what should I do? 

Please head to the results page and complete the results correction form to notify us of any changes you require.  

I lost an item during the event – how can I let you know about this? 

Please fill out the Lost Property form. We securely store all found items for up to 30 days following the event. 

Replacement medal 

If you didn’t receive a medal but opted in for one. Please complete the Replacement Medal Form.
