Registering your participants

Let's Do This

Let’s Do This is the official registration platform used by London Marathon Events to manage charity entries across all events. Charities use the platform to allocate their entries, invite participants to register, and track progress through a central Partner Dashboard.

Charities who already have a Let’s Do This account can simply log in to access their Partner Dashboard and manage their entries. New charities will receive a unique claim link by email to set up their account and gain access to their dashboard for the first time.

We will contact charities when your event allocations are live and your dashboard is ready to use, including a claim link for new charities where needed. For more guidance, you can view our handy guide below.

Once you have allocated your entries, you can keep an eye on who has registered via Let's Do This, in case you need to give them a little nudge.

It is essential that participants complete their registration as soon as possible by the relevant deadline, as specified in the table below, otherwise they won't be able to take part.

How fundraising works

Enthuse

Enthuse is our official online fundraising platform. Our partnership with Enthuse provides a simple, integrated fundraising experience for charities and participants across our events.

Once your participants have registered through Let’s Do This, an Enthuse fundraising page will automatically be generated for them.

Each page is branded to your charity, allowing supporters to start fundraising straight away, while you can track donations and activity through a central dashboard. To receive fundraising income, charities must complete a one-time onboarding process with Enthuse. This ensures donations can be collected and transferred correctly.

To receive their fundraising money, you’ll need to onboard your charity with Enthuse. We will notify you when onboarding is required, and you’ll be able to use Enthuse as soon as your account is set up. You can also refer to Enthuse’s onboarding guide.

You can also refer to the Enthuse FAQs below. If you can't find the answer you're looking for, please email their Support Team.

Event Packs

The Event Pack contains the all-important bib number and timing chip, as well as other important items such as a kitbag (depending on the event). Without their Event Pack, participants can't take part in an event.

For the TCS London Marathon, participants need to collect their Event Pack from the TCS London Marathon Running Show, dates and further details of which will be available in the weeks leading up to Marathon Day.

For all the other events, their Event Pack will be posted to the address saved in their Let’s Do This account – so remind them to keep this up to date.

If a participant attends without their bib number with the timing chip they cannot enter the event

Once registered, participants will receive regular email newsletters from us. They’ll also be sent a Participant Event Guide, which includes everything they need to know before, during and after the event.
