Participation in the TCS London Marathon is subject to the General Conditions
Community guidelines
1. Participation in the TCS London Marathon is subject to the General Conditions of Entry, which can be found here:
2. Entries shall not be sold, offered for sale or transferred to any other community group or third party. Any community group that wishes to obtain TCS London Marathon entries should follow the formal application process.
3. The allocation of entries does not entitle the community group to use the Event Intellectual Property which includes the event logo or any other marks.
4. The community group shall not enter into any promotion with any third party in relation to the Event without prior written approval of LMEL. If the community group has any relationship with a third party, the third party has no right to associate themselves with the TCS London Marathon. There must be no implied relationship between the third party and the TCS London Marathon.
5. If a community group works with a third party for marketing purposes, neither party is permitted to use the event name or IP. The community group shall ensure that there is no direct or indirect association or implied relationship by such third party with the TCS London Marathon; reference to the event by any
such third party, in a commercial capacity, is not permitted.
6. London Marathon Events Limited reserves the right to revoke any or all places from Groups who are found to be in breach of any of these guidelines.
7. By accepting places for the TCS London Marathon you agree to the above guidelines.
